Recommind, a leader in information intelligence, today announced major enhancements to Axcelerate, its pioneering cloud-based eDiscovery review and analysis platform. Axcelerate now includes Mission Control, a centralised operations centre for review and analysis allowing case managers more control than ever before.

Recommind is also extending its leading cloud-based eDiscovery platform with a self-service edition called Axcelerate SaaS, offering the control and flexibility of traditional on-premise software combined with the cost and stability benefits of cloud deployments.

Axcelerate 5 drove the eDiscovery industry forward through its combination of powerful analytics, machine learning, and a consumer grade user experience. The just released Axcelerate 5.2 adds Mission Control, a centralised operations centre for review and analysis, empowering case managers by providing more control and consistency throughout the review and analysis process. It also includes Global Smart Redactions, which can now automatically redact information such as PHI, PCI and PII (Social Security, phone numbers, and more) across entire document sets at the click of a button, without pre-imaging.

Automated Review Prioritisation

Automated Review Prioritisation uses machine learning to help connect the best reviewers with the most responsive content as early as possible. It can even automate the use of Predictive Coding based on reviewer feedback, so document suggestions will always be based on the most refined training possible. Key benefits include:

Global Smart Redactions

Axcelerate 5 introduced the concept of Smart Redactions, the ability to redact sensitive information from documents using point and click, search and entity recognition. Now in Axcelerate 5.2 these same methods for applying redactions can be applied globally. This means entire document sets can have personally identifiable information (PII), such as social security numbers or phone numbers, redacted with just a couple of clicks, instead of manual, document by document processes used today.
