DocSolid, a leader in enterprise document scanning solutions for the legal market, today announced it has expanded its leadership team by creating and, now, fulfilling three key director positions with highly regarded industry veterans: Eric Lynn is announced as the new Director of Customer Success; Dale Shoup, Director of Software Development; and Kent Henderson is taking the helm as Director of Sales.
The substantive additions to the DocSolid leadership team are strategically intended to enhance customers’ success, fuel the recently launched Scanbition consultancy designed to power the paper-to-digital transformation in law firms, and propel the company’s legal market leadership through targeted expertise and a deepened bench of industry experience.
Avidly client-focused and a founding member of DocSolid, Eric Lynn as Director of Customer Success now heads DocSolid’s Scanbition Consulting Practice, providing consulting and professional services for The Paper-to-Digital Law Firm.
Dale Shoup brings substantial experience to his role as the Director of Software Development. He played a leadership role on the development team for DocSolid’s KwikTag Legal platform and, prior to that, was a VP of Development for Intrix Systems Group.
As Director of Sales, Kent Henderson will develop new customer relationships based on the Scanbition of the client. Kent was previously with Cisco where he most recently created global go-to-market strategy within Cisco’s $4 billion collaboration business, and built the road-map for process-change consulting.
The Scanbition consultancy practice from DocSolid--launched this past September—was recently fortified by private investments from consulting and law firm industry leaders. Earlier this year, DocSolid rolled out KwikTag QC, a new quality control module for the patented KwikTag Legal enterprise scanning platform. KwikTag QC is the key, final piece in law firms’ less paper workflow, to enable shredding of scanned documents. DocSolid continues this growth trajectory with the triple play hires of Lynn, Shoup, and Henderson.
