Web-based practice management software adds precedent workflows to help further automate the practice of law

Amicus Cloud is a subscription service so all users benefit immediately from the regular updates with new features and improvements. This latest update includes major new features such as Precedent Workflows and Credit Card Payment Processing. In addition to these significant changes, this update includes numerous other improvements based on feedback from users.
Similar types of legal cases often follow similar procedures. With Precedent Workflows, Amicus Cloud users can now further automate their practice by saving a series of steps for reuse later on another client file. Organized by practice area, Precedent Workflows can be made up of all of the tasks and appointments involved in a case and can be executed by any member of the firm. From simple transactions to the most complex workflows, Amicus Cloud helps to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks.

This update also includes new integration with Global Payments Inc. to handle credit card payment processing. Amicus Cloud can now seamlessly handle client credit card payments so that they are recorded as part of the integrated billing capabilities. Customers can also take advantage of a limited time offer for a free credit card reader if they sign up before the end of the year.
