DTI, a global legal process outsourcing (LPO) company providing eDiscovery, managed services and litigation support, and its wholly owned training company, LitWorks™, announced today a new series of LitWorks eDiscovery and Litigation Support Professional training courses for spring 2015.

The LitWorks team of legal, technical and administrative experts develops all course content and continually updates curriculum and materials to meet changing FRCP and state rules and address the impact of emerging technologies on the eDiscovery process. Experienced faculty offer eDiscovery standards and best practices for government organizations, law firms and corporations.

The five-day LitWorks eDiscovery and Litigation Support Professional Training course provides participants with key skills to review a case, assess its needs, identify and reach agreement on eDiscovery issues such as volume and source of electronically stored information (ESI), data collection methods and form of production to avoid costly disputes later in the process. The course is designed for anyone with one to five years of litigation technology support experience. Litigation paralegals, document review attorneys and IT professionals are also excellent candidates for this training program.
