Partnership delivers voice productivity solutions to Keno Kozie’s clients

Keno Kozie Associates, a leading provider of information technology design, service and support to law firms and legal departments, today announced that the company has partnered with BigHand Professional, a voice productivity software solution.

BigHand Professional is designed primarily for firms of up to 30 users although it is scalable for larger firms who wish to migrate their systems to the cloud. The combination of a subscription pricing model, minimal IT infrastructure requirements, flexible workflow options and enhanced mobile productivity benefits fits perfectly for smaller firms. This cloud-based solution enables dictation from a PC or laptop, smartphone or tablet, or any digital dictation device, and offers an optional hosted speech recognition module. In addition, BigHand Professional has a workflow management solution that gives firms the ability to assign priority to tasks, and enables staff collaboration to digitize and manage document production and task allocation processes. This allows greater visibility over workloads and processes as well as greater efficiency through increased collaboration among support staff and enhanced productivity for mobile lawyers.
