D4, LLC, a leading provider of eDiscovery managed services, litigation support, computer forensics and deposition solutions to law firms and corporations, today announced it achieved record revenue in 2014. The company attributes much of that success to the addition of several new managed services clients including Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
“We are experiencing amazing growth and have been for the last few years and it’s because of our employees, our people. Yes, it is also about technology – and we have plenty of that – but it is about how we apply that and what we do with it based on our clients’ needs,” said John Holland, CEO and founder of D4. “We are looking forward to continued growth and expansion in 2015 and beyond.”
D4 made several strategic agreements and acquisitions throughout 2014. In July the company announced a new partnership with Brainspace Corporation to offer industry-leading visual analytics capabilities to their customers. Also in July, the company began providing Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, a national law firm with more than 500 lawyers, with an end-to-end managed services platform that includes litigation support, consulting, forensics and collections, processing, predictive coding, analytics, hosting and review. And in October, D4 completed its acquisition of Strategic Document Solutions, Inc., a Chicago-based paper and eDiscovery provider. D4 also expanded its operations and footprint in three additional offices, including its headquarters in Rochester, NY, as well as its regional offices in New York and San Diego.
In 2014, D4 achieved recognition by a number of prestigious organizations. kCura identified D4 as an Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Partner for the fifth year in a row. In August D4 was named for a fourth time to the Inc. 500|5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, and in October the company was recognized for the fifth consecutive year as a Rochester Top 100 honoree.
D4 wrapped up 2014 with the launch of its new website and slogan: powered by people. The new site features easier navigation, abundant topic-specific content, and six new videos highlighting D4’s service offerings.
