Phoenix Business Solutions today announces that David Malkinson has been promoted from Global Head of Consultancy to Director of Professional Services. Malkinson’s new role will see him assume responsibility for the delivery of all projects globally, managing teams across all of Phoenix’s five international offices.
He will focus on continuing to improve upon Phoenix’s success in the professional services area by delivering excellent customer service and further building and developing the global consultancy team.
Malkinson comments, “We are already recognised for our extensive document management expertise gained from the successful delivery of a wide range of complex and challenging projects. I am looking at ways to further improve our offering; having a strong team with relevant experience helps ensure customer success in any arena. The more knowledge the team has, the better equipped they are to advise and assist clients.”
The role holds global responsibility for the delivery of all projects. Malkinson intends to further re-engineer existing business processes, including within Phoenix’s dedicated project management office, as part of a continuous process improvement effort focused on enabling increased client visibility, improved customer satisfaction, and sustainable team growth and competency.
