Global IT Consultancy Will Utilize Bridgeway to Streamline Matter, Spend, Analysis and Reporting
Bridgeway Software, the most recommended provider of legal services management solutions, today announced that Unisys Corporation has chosen Bridgeway eCounsel® to support its global legal matter, analysis, reporting and spend management needs.
Looking to provide a single source for all of its document, data and reporting requirements, Unisys will also leverage Bridgeway’s Analysis Center, SmartLink, Corridor and the recently announced Bridgeway Document Vault™ products in order to improve efficiencies, increase transparency and assist its legal department in supporting business goals.
Unisys wanted to modernize its legal operations management, and required a proven cloud-based, end-to-end legal matter management system that could easily integrate with other business applications. Unisys selection criteria also mandated that the solution be easy to use in an effort to establish high end-user adoption for its attorneys, paralegals, and other legal support staff.
“Ensuring critical business performance and achieving operational efficiency is paramount for Unisys,” said Lawrence Byrnes, Assistant General Counsel at Unisys. “Bridgeway’s strong document management and reporting capabilities, overall ease of use, and the ability to integrate into our existing infrastructure were determining factors in our decision to implement their technology.”
“Now more than ever, corporate legal departments are facing significant challenges when trying to manage their legal operations and contain costs,” said Keith Okano, President, Bridgeway Software. “Bridgeway remains relentlessly focused on our client’s success and to providing them with technology best practices and the operational flexibility to respond accordingly. We are thrilled to have been selected by Unisys and look forward to helping them enhance their legal operations and processes.”
