Kroll Ontrack today announced the appointment of Steve Schley, vice president of Marketing, and Josh Zylbershlag, vice president of the Client Experience Team. Schley and Zylbershlag bring extensive experience in the legal technology and services industry to Kroll Ontrack, the leading provider of ediscovery and data recovery solutions.
“We have been strengthening our Kroll Ontrack leadership team, including the recent appointment of Mark Williams as President,” said Manny Conti, Kroll CEO. “The addition of Steve Schley and Josh Zylbershlag further strengthens our Kroll Ontrack team, which is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.”

Schley most recently served as vice president for the legal services division of CPA Global, providing technology and consultative services for compliance, M&A, ediscovery and document review. Previously, he was president of a Minneapolis-based software firm that provided accounting and productivity tools to the accounting and legal industries. Schley holds his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and completed an executive leadership program at Harvard Business School.
Zylbershlag comes to Kroll Ontrack from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he led and transformed the firm’s Discovery Services Group into a highly consultative, service-focused organization supported by integrated technologies. Previously, he managed the New York and Chicago practice support teams at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, where he advised attorneys and clients on strategic approaches to ediscovery. Zylbershlag received his MS in Information Technology Management from National University.
