“LTC4 has over 100 members and many of those members have worked diligently to create the workflow-based industry standard competencies. Law firms who are members of LTC4 can apply for their legal professionals to be awarded certification by submitting an application to indicate the individuals they would like to have certified, the learning plan(s) to be certified in, the assessment method and how this maps to the LTC4 Core competencies, and the pass/fail results of their skills assessments. The LTC4 Certification pod (made up of law firm members) will review the application and grant certification.

Upon certification legal professionals will be provided with a certificate and logo that they may use to promote their certification and differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

The group will be conducting a webinar for their members on May 21, 2015 to discuss in more detail the certification program and how to get started.
