For third consecutive year, XDD exceeds expectations for revenue in multiple service offerings
Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of discovery and data management services for law firms, corporations and government agencies, announces that in its fiscal year 2014 the company saw another year of record growth.
XDD also expects to exceed its revenue projections for 2015 in large part because of its successful managed review business. In addition to its rapid growth, XDD boasts significant achievements over the past year, including kCura’s Orange-level Relativity Best in Service recognition for outstanding and exceptional customer service for Relativity end users, EU Safe Harbor certification and new locations in Atlanta and Los Angeles.
In 2014, XDD’s eDiscovery processing and hosting business grew by 12 percent as compared to 2013. For the first quarter of 2015, XDD has already exceeded budgeted revenue projections. Year to date, as compared to April 2014, XDD’s eDiscovery, hosting and managed review business grew by 36 percent.
XDD’s document review and managed review services, formally introduced as new services last year, saw the most significant increases. Due to this growth and XDD’s commitment to expanding these services, XDD opened new review centers last year in Troy, Michigan, and Kansas City, Missouri. XDD expects to open additional review centers in other growing markets, including Minneapolis, Minnesota.
“Last year marked a milestone for XDD, as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. The success achieved in 2014 helped us to acquire a substantial capital investment earlier this year, positioning the company to continue our path of growth and expansion,” says Xact Data Discovery CEO Robert Polus. He adds, “We anticipate additional new investments in both human and technology resources to further support additional expansion this year and beyond.”
The company expects to announce additional service offerings and expanded markets in the coming months.
