Business Integrity®, the world leader in document automation software for law firms and corporations, announces the recent release of ContractExpress® 5.4, its enterprise class product designed for fast and accurate document drafting and client collaboration.
The key feature in this release is the integration with DocuSign Inc. (DocuSign®), The Global Standard for Digital Transaction Management™ and industry-leading eSignature solution. “DocuSign reduces average document turnaround times by eight days, with 86 percent of documents completed in one day. We previously integrated DocuSign into ContractExpress for SharePoint and Salesforce, and now, we can also leverage that gain in ContractExpress 5,” says Business Integrity CTO Andy Wishart.
ContractExpress 5.4 also introduces the ability for questionnaires to connect to external OData web services, offering additional data integration capabilities with other information systems. Another new feature is the history section, which will display an audit trail of all the changes made to documents or templates, helping users to keep track of the drafting and approval process, which will further reduce the element of risk. ContractExpress Author 5.4, the add-in for Microsoft® Word that is used to automate templates, was released alongside ContractExpress 5.4 and includes a fresh user interface with one, clean “Dictionary Editor” task pane and many new features such as global find and replace and spell check.
