Tikit, part of the BT Group and leading provider of technology solutions for law and professional services firms, has been recognised by its technology partners for exceptional performance.
Katherine Ainley, CEO of Tikit said: ‘We work closely with our partners to provide customers with the best service and product expertise possible, and we are proud to see this being recognised from multiple sources. These awards reflect our ability to leverage our vast network of partners and broad technology portfolio to provide whatever solution our customers need. When you combine this with our focus on innovation, it means that we are always looking for new and better ways to deliver our products and services.’
The awards come off the back of a hugely successful 12 months which saw Tikit continue to add leading global law firms globally to its customer base and launch two innovative new products – Carpe Diem Next Generation Timekeeping and Tikit LawDraft.
The HP EMEA Partner of the Year Award honours Tikit for its exceptional performance in customer satisfaction, product expertise and investment, among other aspects.
The Award was presented at the HP Autonomy Partner University in Chicago in late May.
Tikit North America recently also signed up as an HP Autonomy business partner for Canada, and following this, signed its first deal, consisting of a 3 year LinkSite subscription in Montreal.
Mimecast awarded ‘Growth Partner of the year' to Tikit because of their ongoing commitment as a partner, which resulted in a high growth in Mimecast implementations.
Tikit has worked closely with Mimecast to provide email management solutions to the legal and professional sectors in the UK, Europe and US, since 2008.
