Litéra mourns the passing of founder and CEO of Litéra, Deepak Massand. Mr. Massand died Monday morning in his home in McLeansville, NC. Massand, founded Litéra in 2001 and prior to this venture was Director at Skila, President and CEO of Merz Pharmaceuticals, and Executive Director at Johnson and Johnson.
Massand appointed Paul Domnick, President of Litéra Corp in October 2014. Domnick will continue to run the company.

“This is tragic news for all of us at Litéra coming at the end of what is shaping up to be the 7th successive record year for the company. I have had the privilege of working with Deepak for many years. He was a visionary and touched lives personally, inspiring and challenging his team to succeed, grow and develop,” reflects Domnick, president of Litéra. “He always did business with a personal touch, developing relationships before the business deal. He even took the time to hand pick his team, choosing people who were top in their field to ensure the company’s success. He had a great passion for life and business, and he will be greatly missed.”
