Also cemented status as leader in scanning-and-routing solutions
nQueue, the leading provider of cost recovery and document scanning and routing technology, today announced record results for 2015. The company gained more new clients than ever before in a year and beat its revenue projections by more than seven percent.
The fourth quarter also capped a string of six consecutive quarters where the company exceeded new bookings expectations.
nQueue’s new clients come from all areas of the United States and from numerous countries around the world and illustrate strong support for both of the company’s product lines, BillBack Cost Recovery and ScanRoute Scanning and Routing.
“The continued success of our cost recovery products is likely the combination of the marketplace’s preference for Embedded technology and our reputation for superior customer service. We are hearing that a lot, as our main competitors continue to struggle with integrations as part of a large company, which has been operating in the red for years,” said Rick Hellers, nQueue’s CEO and President.
nQueue’s ScanRoute products help firms reduce paper by processing scans from any number of access points (on ramps) and automatically routing them. “Law firms are continuing to see the value of less paper, and believe in our model of simplifying scanning and routing of scanned documents from any device and to any email, shared folder or document management system, (off ramps)” said John Gilbert, Senior Vice President. “Firms are embracing us as a market leader in the area.”
In addition to the its outstanding sales and financial results, nQueue delivered major upgrades to three major products in 2015, including iA Enterprise Platform, iA Route and iA Workflow. It also built embedded cost recovery products for Lexmark and Konica Minolta devices and added SharePoint integration to its iA Scan Manager tool. The company also launched two brand-new products: iA Print Anywhere, which makes printing more secure and reduces waste by holding print jobs until the sender arrives at the printer, and iA Scan Desktop, which simplifies scanning by automatically notifying the user with a popup window on the desktop whenever a document is scanned to his or her folder, no matter where and by whom the actual scanning is done.
“The last year was great financially, in terms of customer satisfaction and in new product development. But we will not stop here. We are already off to a great start for 2016 and we will continue to innovate, including the building of more ‘on-ramps’ and ‘off-ramps’ for our scanning products and more cloud and mobile accessibility for all our products,” adds Heller.
