eDiscovery firm’s Net Promoter Score increases by 167 percent
LDM Global is excited to announce that its Net Promoter Score has increased by 167 percent. LDM Global is a leading consultant to mid-tier law firms around the world, focusing on legal discovery management and computer forensics.
The Net Promoter Score is used to gauge the loyalty of customer relationships. NPS can range from negative 100 to positive 100, with the higher positive score meaning that a company has more clients acting as promoters of the company. LDM Global increased to a higher than average +64 for 2015 over a +24 for 2014.
LDM Global has always focused on offering excellent customer service, and several recent initiatives have underscored the value-add proposition for clients, including companywide core values that promote quality.
