New application provides a one-stop shop for contract creation and analysis

Paper Software, developers of powerful software applications for creating and analyzing contracts, today announces the launch of Contract Tools, a Microsoft Word add-in for streamlining contract creation and analysis that promises to help lawyers and other professionals work more efficiently.

Contract Tools, soft launched to the industry in February, offers a variety of features, including:

• Tools for working with contractual provisions, defined terms, to-dos, and more.
• Automatic proofreading for common contract drafting problems.
• Automatic completion of important words and phrases.
• Enhanced search features for finding time, money, and other important deal terms.

“We developed Contract Tools knowing that lawyers and other professionals who deal with contracts and the like need something to help them work more efficiently,” says Ben Whetsell, co-founder of Paper Software. “We understand that people who work with legal documents want all the essential information at their fingertips – and we have heard from many of our users that Contract Tools does exactly that and is the solution they have been looking for.”

Contract Tools is the companion to Turner, a Mac-only contract drafting application that the company released in September 2015.
