Reviewer Command Center improves insights to document review productivity, performance, progress
Esquify, the eDiscovery innovator using machine learning technology to supervise lawyers who review documents from their homes, remote offices or in-office, has become the newest ecosystem partner of kCura, developers of the eDiscovery software Relativity.
With the launch of its Reviewer Command Center, Esquify joins kCura's dynamic global network of more than 40 Relativity developer partners that offer best-in-breed integrations and highly customized products.
The integration went live on Oct. 1.
Launched in late 2015, Esquify is a powerful document review application that improves legal teams' case management capabilities and enhances insights into reviewer and team productivity, performance and progress.
With its Reviewer Command Center, Esquify layers the power of its machine learning capabilities onto existing Relativity data to help attorneys better understand how reviewers interact with documents. It establishes a baseline for reviewer performance, providing legal teams with a stronger handle on how improved reviewer efficiencies can save time and money. Shared clients will now be able to access up-to-the-minute data on all aspects of their document review through one dashboard.
"We're excited to welcome Esquify to the Relativity Ecosystem," said Perry Marchant, vice president of engineering at kCura. "It's always great to see our developer partners creating even more efficiencies throughout the e-discovery process. The flexibility and extensibility of Relativity combined with these types of innovative integrations is what enables Relativity users to pick and choose the custom solutions that best fit their workflows."
Studies have shown the average legal department spends $3 million per discovery in document review-related costs related to corporate litigation. Esquify research shows the application can improve review efficiency by at least 25 percent, while driving client cost savings by as much as 45 percent.
"It's tremendously gratifying that kCura has recognized our potential and welcomed us into its network as another means for extending Relativity's functionality," said Esquify Founder and Co-CEO Scott Y. Stuart, Esq. "We look forward to working with the Relativity community to help legal teams gain more insight and increased transparency into review analytics and performance."
Fellow Founder and Co-CEO Drew Stern also noted that the addition of Esquify's Reviewer Command Center to the Relativity Ecosystem further advances Esquify's credibility as an eDiscovery innovator and supports its growth trajectory.
"The capabilities of our groundbreaking technology to provide real-time case analytics and real-time monitoring of review progress, wherever the reviewers are, has resonated with the legal community," said Stern. "Now we'll be able to reach that many more clients and share the value our unique solution can provide."
