Enhanced Xerox Services eDiscovery Solution Gives Clients More Flexibility

Xerox Services is offering greater insights and data management capabilities to help corporations and law firms better control the costs of eDiscovery projects. With the updated managed services offering by Xerox Legal Business Services (XLS), clients gain visibility to the status of casework across their entire legal portfolio and the option to handle cases in more than one eDiscovery platform offered by XLS.

This helps clients fulfill preferences amongst their internal and external counsel and manage projects more securely and effectively.

Here’s how:    

• Dashboard for Centralized View of Projects – The Client Hub, a new, proprietary technology, provides an integrated view of all the cases a corporation or law firm is reviewing in eDiscovery platforms hosted by Xerox, expanding visibility from a per-platform basis. The Client Hub aggregates data throughout the platforms to provide real-time, interactive reports through dashboard visualizations. This helps legal teams accurately track cases, including the status of and staff dedicated to each workflow, expenses and other metrics, to better assess progress and prioritize.       
• Multiplatform Approach – In addition to the Viewpoint all-in-one eDiscovery platform, XLS now offers Relativity as a managed service, allowing access to the software through a secure, hosted environment dedicated to each client. With Relativity fully supported by Xerox, corporations and law firms eliminate the need to allocate resources to implement an additional eDiscovery platform to support the preferences or needs of their internal teams and clients.
