Qvidian, the leading provider of cloud-based content management and proposal automation software, today announced its partnership with Hobs, a leading content and document solutions provider. The partnership will enable Hobs to provide even more value to their core market of legal services, to which Qvidian provides the premier pitch and proposal solution, and enable Hobs to support existing Qvidian customers with advanced training and maintenance services.
“Qvidian's value is obvious,” said James Duckenfield, Hobs Group CEO. “It provides an intelligent library to help repurpose content for bids rather than reinventing the wheel, a method of distributing questions to the team and managing their responses, and document composition technology to recombine everyone's contributions. Having been involved in many major bids in the past, this brings a machine gun to a fist fight - improving efficiency, quality and hence both the number of opportunities that can be pursued and win rates. We're very excited to be taking it to the UK market."
The partnership is the first of its kind for Qvidian in the European Market and will bring greater automation solutions to the fields of printing, content creation and graphic design, in which Hobs specialises as the leading bid and tender management solutions. The partnership complements Qvidian’s goal of helping firms achieve more through the automation of their content management and proposal processes.
Hobs will operate as a value-added reseller of the Qvidian platform to new customers in the European market, adopting Qvidian’s innovative bid and tender technology as an extension to its own core services.
The partnership marks the first time Qvidian and Hobs have worked together following many years’ operating alongside one another as leading organisations in their field. The new partnership will support new and existing customers in delivering greater results through the combination of services that both organisations have so successfully developed.
Through this partnership, Hobs are now able to offer Qvidian’s solution as a managed service to clients who will traditionally have struggled to adopt a suitable solution to manage and automate bids and tenders due to the lack of a dedicated content manager within their organisation.
“We’re very pleased to announce this valuable partnership between Qvidian and Hobs Repro,” said Lewie Miller, Qvidian CEO. “Taking Hobs on as a value-added partner strengthens both Qvidian and Hob’s positions in the European market and will help a broad spectrum of customers to do better business through bid and tender management and automation.”
