In order to deal with growing client demand Tikit expands its sales function with the appointment of former IT Lab employee Craig Dootson. Craig has vast experience of the IT industry having worked across multiple areas including licensing, thin client technology, cloud hosting and Office 365.
“I’m excited to be joining Tikit” said Craig. “I’m really looking forward to applying my knowledge to Tikit’s products and client base. It’s great to be joining a business that has had so much recent success and really is on an upward trajectory.”
Craig will be joining as a Sales Consultant and will be working with Tikit’s mid-sized law firm clients in the northern region of the UK. His focus will be helping clients derive more value from Partner for Windows (P4W), Tikit’s flagship practice and case management product whilst encouraging new client firms to join.
This is part of a wider business strategy that is successfully positioning Tikit as the leading supplier of technology solutions to law firms. Richard Higgs, Sales Director at Tikit, said that Craigs’s appointment is all about “retaining strong relationships with Tikit’s mid-market clients as well as developing new business opportunities. In the past 12 months alone P4W has been integrated with five leading applications including NetDocuments, Workshare, InfoTrack, Jordans Business Intelligence and Adobe Sign. That coupled with winning Supplier of the Year at the British Legal IT Awards in November and a recordperiod for new business wins, Craig really is joining Tikit at an exciting time”.
