Northern Ireland law firm Carson McDowell successfully implemented Liberate from Linetime. Earlier this year Legal IT Professionals reported that the firm selected Liberate to replace their firms existing LexisNexis platforms.
The firm is now live with Liberate, less than six months after signing the contract.
The selection process reviewed the wider legal software market place and Liberate was selected due to its close fit with the firm’s current needs as well as providing the platform for web enabled service to clients. As part of the review a risk analysis of systems migration was undertaken. With an ever greater reliance on IT systems a natural concern was how to manage and execute the system transition process.
