Managed IT services provider Quiss Technology, is celebrating a raft of contract renewals, as agreeing new long-term deals with JCP Solicitors in South Wales, Bates Wells & Braithwaite in Sudbury and Mackrell Turner Garrett in the capital.
Operations Director for Quiss Technology Clive Taylor, commented: “Like every business we enjoy winning new clients, because it demonstrates our potential, but it is the renewing of a contract that confirms we have delivered on our promises.
“It is immensely gratifying for the team here, from everyone on the helpdesk to our technical consultants, that our legal sector reputation continues to help us retain these valued clients.
“For some clients this is not their first renewal, with our relationship measured in decades, rather than years. And contract lengths varying from three to five years, are a further demonstration of the value our clients place on the responsive, reliable service we deliver.
“Despite the unique nature of each client’s requirements, we are confident we are delivering the same high-quality service that meets the immediate and future needs of clients.”

Over the many years Quiss have supported JCP Solicitors, they helped integrate six offices and advised on the law firms ambitious IT roadmap, with new cloud services added in the shape of Azure Backup, used protect and restore data in the Microsoft cloud.
The recent renewal required all the hardware to be replaced, including the on-premise servers which are needed to run the firm’s case management system, which is currently unavailable as a cloud service.
