Aderant is pleased to announce that UK firm Higgs & Sons has implemented Aderant Expert in less than a year. The Aderant and Higgs teams collaborated on the project to deliver the required outcome of being live by the end of calendar year 2019 on the latest version of Expert.
“We knew that there was potential for a new practice management system to contribute to our firm’s strategy and we are seeing positive signs emerging that Expert’s capability will make our lawyers even more equipped to support our clients and enhance our ability to provide them an outstanding level of service,” said Higgs partner Glyn Morris. Adam Cutler the firms IT Director added: “With the addition of Expert to our firm’s technology infrastructure, Higgs could be described as capable of offering a lawyer working environment that is commensurate with some of the best firms around.”
Utilising Aderant standard workflow technology Higgs implementation includes paperless billing and a fully transformed expenses process across the entire firm. These and other features in Expert are making an immediate difference to the firm, including greater mobility for lawyers and increased time capture.
