Following its entry into the legal market earlier this year, Engage Solutions Group (ESG) has now secured its first client win and go-live. Specialist serious injury business CFG Law has rolled out ESG’s engagement platform as it looks to take employee experience and its award-winning Client First Service to the next level.
CFG Law was drawn to the ESG platform because of its mobile-first design, extensive functionality and integration capabilities.
Users enjoy both app and desktop access, with the freedom to access tools, resources and contacts whenever and wherever they want; the app interface has been styled on popular social media and messaging tools, making it feel instantly familiar and minimising any formal training requirement; and CFG Law can aggregate any number of line of business systems and present them seamlessly via the app, with the added convenience of single sign-on.
CFG Law is also keen to take advantage of the platform’s unique ability to support both internal and external audiences. Twice-winner of the Personal Injury Team of the Year at the Manchester Law Awards and winner of the Law Society’s Legal Excellence Award for Client Service Excellence in October, the innovative legal business wants to further develop its market-leading Client First Service. It sees deployment of a specialist engagement platform as rich in potential for enhancing service delivery and relationship management still further, as well as driving new business relationships.
Richard Clark, CEO of CFG Law, said: “We were looking for a product to help us progress our strategy and the Engage platform fitted the bill. Our purpose as a business is helping those affected by injury – together. We believe the combination of enhanced colleague communication and engagement which this will offer us, together with the opportunity to move our award-winning Client First Service to the next level, is the right move for our business and we look forward to working with Engage to achieve this.
“The ESG team has demonstrated a wealth of domain expertise, shared with us an impressive roadmap for the future and very much proved their own desire to engage and to listen.
“The final stages of the switch to the Engage platform were completed while following the latest Government guidance. Our entire business has been working remotely for a fortnight now but, working with the Engage team, we’ve still been able to complete this transition successfully, as well as continue to deliver our Client First Service for seriously injured people and their families. It’s a big achievement for both businesses and one I’m really proud of.”
Peter Gill, ESG’s MD of its Professional Services division adds: “It’s been exciting to sit down and explore the potential of the platform with CFG Law and to grow our mutual understanding of just how much it can support both the colleague and client lifecycles within the firm. And it’s also reinforced what we’ve seen elsewhere and that’s the importance of the partner relationship - our own approach has to be engaging and collegiate and CFG Law has responded in kind, and as a result there’s a deep understanding and commitment in place from both sides to deliver engagement success.”
