Tikit, a global provider of technology solutions for the legal and professional sector, today announced they have delivered a full PMS replacement Go-Live phase entirely through WebEx.
Ben Hoare Bell have offices across the North East and offer high quality advice and representation to individuals; including under the legal aid system. They went live with Tikit’s Practice and Case Management System, P4W, earlier this month. Due to the current working from home climate most of us find ourselves in, the Tikit professional services team adapted their traditional on-site focused approach to a go-live phase to support a completely virtual delivery.
Andrew Kelly, a Partner at the firm, says “Our Practice had been looking for a case management system we could control and adapt to suit our needs and P4W was the clear front runner. The Project Management Team provided clear guidance throughout the build up to going live which was a year in planning with no stone unturned.
The Practice closed down our old management system and went live with P4W during the Covid-19 lockdown remotely which made us a little nervous but the transition was smooth and the support we received that week was brilliant. A big thank you to the Team at Tikit.”
