Tiger Eye Consulting Ltd are celebrating fifteen years of success in 2020, marking a decade and a half of designing, delivering and supporting IT solutions and services to aid their valued customers. Launching in 2005, Tiger Eye began as a software consultancy firm, before expanding to provide support and custom software development services, working with leading software providers including iManage, DocsCorp, Tessian, Litera, Mimecast, DocAuto and more.
The organisation grew organically as customers bought into the firm’s partnership approach to IT, with Tiger Eye working together with clients through every step of the software adoption process. Moving to Norwich, over time Tiger Eye onboarded a team of 22 talented local developers, engineers, consultants, project managers and more, to meet growing demand.
In 2016, the company launched Blueprint for Knowledge Management, a product designed using insights gleaned from interviews with a range of lawyers who conceptualized a ‘toolkit’ that enabled them to make better use of their key best practice documents’. In 2019, Tiger Eye officially launched their Blueprint User Community, born from their vision to build Blueprint into an innovative solution that is continuously developed in partnership with those who use it. The Blueprint User Community continues to meet twice a year to collaborate on Blueprint’s roadmap.
Tiger Eye continue to add value to their services and purpose-built software solutions, seeking new ways to improve efficiency for their varied clientele.
