StructureFlow, a prominent provider of legal technology solutions, has announced the appointment of two seasoned executives, Gerry McHugh and Fiona McClune, as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, respectively. These appointments are expected to propel the company through its next phase of growth.
As CRO of StructureFlow, McClune will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the company's customer base.
With over two decades of experience in introducing new technology to the legal community, including as Director of Global Strategy at Litera Transact, McClune is a highly skilled commercial leader. Her expertise lies in successfully delivering transaction-focused technology, building teams that are passionate and intelligent, which aligns with the company's focus on growth. She is adept at overseeing a range of deliverables, including marketing strategy, onboarding, strategic planning, and recruiting. Her goal is to help customers implement and increase the usage of effective technology, leading to greater efficiencies within their firms.
As COO of StructureFlow, McHugh will be responsible for defining and executing the company's operational strategy, overseeing core business operations, and driving business expansion at scale.
Before joining StructureFlow, McHugh served as VP Operations at a high-growth legaltech scaleup. As one of the first members of the leadership team who launched the business in 2019, McHugh played a key role in the business’revenue growth and success. With a strong background in operations, fundraising, and data, he brings a highly valuable cross-functional skillset to StructrureFlow to support their next phase of growth.
