Paul W. Tracey Solicitors a highly respected Irish firm specialising in Personal Injury, Probate and Debt Recovery have gone live with the Liberate practice and case management systems from Linetime. The project included a detailed data conversion from their existing IRIS system.
The practice is focused on continuous improvement and innovation and saw the advantages of a combined, “single database” solution with the reporting capabilities provided by Microsoft SQL Server technology. The flexible and user friendly workflow builder allowed the project team to increase the efficiency of their processes and improve the level of service provided to clients.
