The Recoveries team at Thrings Solicitors, one of the UKs top 100 law firms, has selected Linetime’s Liberate software. The firm, which has offices in London, Bristol, Swindon and Bath focuses on providing a complete service to businesses and their owners. It provides specialist advice in sectors including Aerospace and Defence, Agriculture, Energy and Waste, Innovation and Technology, and Financial services from partner – led teams whose expertise matches that found in much larger City firms.
Linetime’s Liberate software and online case tracking will be used by the Thrings Recoveries team based in Swindon, for their specialist vehicle finance work as well as their professional services and lender recovery sectors.
Ramona Derbyshire, Partner and Head of Thrings Recoveries commented “We were looking for a system that assisted us in improving the service to our clients whilst still allowing our managers to retain personal control of each case The case tacking portal provides our clients with 24/7 access to their cases. This greater level of client interaction allows closer collaboration thereby ensuring we deliver what our clients need.”
Other criteria key in the selection of the Liberate software were the systems ease of use, advanced document production, simple email handling, the ability to automate repetitive tasks and the ease in tailoring the systems workflows.
The system will be replacing the existing system from Advance Legal (formally Iris) as the firm are looking for a system to support the departments’ ambitious growth plans.
