The lawyer now has key client and matter related KPIs at their fingertips and the ability to instantly trigger the administrative actions that before took hours if not days to enact, the next progression will be to dispense with the paper form, something that in the broader sense the Virtualisation Project is all about.
We will deliver these KPIs to the lawyer through our new SharePoint 2013 Intranet, Sysero understand exactly the value of pushing knowledge and information to the lawyer in a timely fashion so they are a natural partner for us to work with”.
Taylor Vinters has commissioned Sysero Ltd to work with them using Microsoft Reporting Services and SharePoint 2013 to deliver a state-of-the-art experience.
“Microsoft Reporting Services allows firms to develop reports from their Practice Management System and use the standard SharePoint web parts to deliver these to users in a very flexible way” says Sysero Managing Director Phil Ayton. “Taylor Vinters have done much of the heavy lifting in the development of the reports and SharePoint will take care of much of the user experience so we plan to get the job delivered in just a few weeks.”
Taylor Vinters will also be using the Sysero Fee Earner search to create a low maintenance in-house directory that updates user information directly from the network, and
