International law firm Edwards Wildman has deployed the Phoenix WorkSite Monitor Connect solution. The implementation covers the 20 server WorkSite environment and provides live monitoring and alerting of key services including E-Mail filing and IDOL Search as well as general Worksite system performance monitoring.
The firm was looking to implement a centralized system monitoring platform that could give them a 360 view of all of their critical enterprise applications. Mark Gorringe, Global Director of Information Technology, recognizing the benefits of having real time insight into the health of their large and distributed environment, commented, “Systems monitoring has been an area we have wanted to develop for some time, the Phoenix tools providing critical added value for Worksite monitoring.
