More than 115 law firms and professional services firms – and a record-breaking total of some 230 delegates – convened in London recently for this year’s Thomson Reuters Elite annual VANTAGE London conference. The latest EMEA regional conference, part of Thomson Reuters Elite’s worldwide VANTAGE series of events and learning opportunities, took place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel on 19 and 20 September.
Expanded this year into a two-day format, participants were offered more than 70 bespoke education sessions across the full range of Thomson Reuters Elite solutions, including its recently announced CRM technology, Business Development Premier.
Among the highlights of this year’s EMEA conference included keynote speeches by Allison Guidette, managing director of the large law firms segment at Thomson Reuters, on the company’s vision to support the changing needs of, and challenges facing, today’s legal and professional services firms. In addition, Louise Evans, finance director of the Williams F1® team, brought to life the role of innovation and financial management in making them one of the premier organizations in professional sport. Product experts and international guest speakers from organisations including Western Union, OLAP Vision, Peer Monitor, and Wilson Legal Solutions also provided valuable professional insights.
