Sysero knowledge products are currently used in more than a dozen top UK and Scandinavian law firms. Sysero 2.0 brings together four functions, which were previously only available as separate products, into a single high performance web based platform.
Additionally Sysero 2.0 includes a new wiki/web page editor and a powerful Universal Search function.
- Knowledge Databases – Law firms need to build library databases of templates and clauses, know how, internal reference documents, previous matters and useful links. Sysero can use documents in DMS databases, SharePoint libraries and file systems, and extend the classification options to make useful content easy to find.
- Process mapping and workflow – Building a knowledge database requires a process to periodically review, classify and accept content. Sysero’s process mapping function allows firms to design and modify their knowledge review process. Additionally it can be used to map and deliver client processes and is currently used in debt collection, insurance and private client applications in a number of UK firms.
- Digital Drafting – Sysero includes an MS Office based utility called Sysero Template Builder that works with the knowledge databases to create transaction templates that include static and optional information. Once the data has been entered, completed templates can be downloaded and used immediately or delivered by email.
- Current Awareness - Whilst much of knowledge management is about providing tools to let people find the know how they are looking for, good knowledge management includes helping people stay up to date with what is going on. Sysero provides the ability to create alerts that monitor internal and external knowledge sources. These can be delivered as daily emails or as a real time news feeds.
- Universal Search - In order to find the information needed it is often necessary to search through several sources of information. Sysero allows Firms to build a search function that can index and enhance internal data and combine this with external web based data providers.
Sysero 2.0 brings together a unique set of functionality into a secure and high performance environment. Integration with existing DMS, PMS, CRM and SharePoint are available through the Sysero Data Action Framework. Sysero workflows can be used as part of a compliance strategy as each user action is recorded and added to a permanent audit log. Sysero 2.0 includes a report generator capable of connecting to Excel to create dynamic user action and data usage reports.
