Devon law firm Tozers has signed a six-figure deal for SOS Connect integrated practice management and matter management from Solicitors Own Software. The firm is switching to SOS Connect after around 20 years with one of its competitor legal software providers. Tozers is a full service law firm with offices in Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot.
Managing partner Paul Kelly says SOS Connect will provide integrated practice and case management to the firm, alongside CRM and marketing functions.
“We had been using our incumbent software for around 20 years and the market had moved on,” he says.
“We looked at several other products and concluded that SOS Connect was the best. Not only does it offer the best value but it suits our working methods, and in addition we became aware that it had a high take-up among medium-sized practices such as ours.
“As a firm we want to streamline our processes and move to a ‘paper light’ environment, and SOS Connect offers the opportunity for us to do so.”
David McNamara, managing director at SOS, said: “This is another significant new client win for us.
“Tozers has a very clear vision of its future growth plans and how IT can help facilitate this process, and its migration to SOS Connect is a key staging post in its continued success.”
