Top 100 law firm Fieldfisher has recently implemented Advanced Legal’s award-winning Laserform Hub in order to maximise the efficiency of Companies House digital submissions. As a leading UK law firm, Fieldfisher recognised the need to move away from a paper submission process to the Government’s Companies House gateway to facilitate a faster and more reliable process.
The Laserform Hub was launched earlier this year with the sole purpose of revolutionising the way law firms submit data to government agencies. The innovative SaaS based software platform has already seen over 10% of the UK’s Top 200 adopt the Advanced Legal service, with more joining every week.
Addressing some of the key challenges of the Government’s ‘digital by default’ strategy has also seen the Laserform Hub recognised for its innovation with a recent award from the Mortgage Finance Gazette.
Rochelle Garnon, Head of Knowledge & Information Services at Fieldfisher comments: “Moving from paper to online submissions is an essential step for us to ensure that we offer the fastest and most efficient service to our clients. The Laserform Hub allows us to achieve this whilst also driving down rejection rates.
Garnon continues; “The Hub is an easy and efficient way of managing and submitting mortgage filings to Companies House. The user-interface is simple to use and implementation across the firm was extremely straightforward. All our mortgage filings are now made through the Laserform Hub, making us far more productive because of it.”
Doug Hargrove, Managing Director, Advanced Legal comments: “We are delighted that Fieldfisher has joined a growing list of leading law firms in adopting the Laserform Hub. At Advanced we are dedicated to providing a user-friendly, intuitive service to law firms who need to submit to any government agency, enabling them to reap the benefits from truly embracing digital working practices.”
