Birmingham law firm Sydney Mitchell has deepened its relationship with Solicitors Own Software (SOS) by signing up to SOS Connect for practice and case management.
The full service practice, which has four offices in and around the city, has been an SOS customer for many years and has now strengthened these links after replacing its incumbent case management software.
We have a long established connection with SOS, having used their practice management software for 15 or 20 years, says Sarah Archer, finance partner at Sydney Mitchell.
Recently we began looking at upgrading our case management and accounts functions with a new supplier but we were so impressed with what SOS Connect could do for us, and with the efficiency and proactivity of the SOS team, that we took that option.
We will now have a completely integrated system which is a vast improvement on what has gone before and which will help us to become even more efficient and productive.
We are keen to expand as a firm and this development will allow us to do so.
