The group of experts looked for evidence across the following areas; expertise and professionalism, innovation, value for money, customer care and satisfaction, and measurable success.
BigHand, who celebrated its 21st birthday this year, was recognised for its long standing dedication to the legal industry. The judges described BigHand as being "obviously ahead of the game" demonstrating sheer scale of ambition and working with their clients to develop and improve software that helps with their business challenges such as BigHand Now, one of their latest product releases for task delegation.
With BigHand Now, law firms can boost efficiency and turnaround times. It’s a small change that comes with big impact.
