Tiger Eye have today announced that Devonshires Solicitors have chosen to move their iManage maintenance and support to them. The move follows Tikit’s announcement that they are no longer providing software support to iManage customers.
Devonshires, who currently have three offices across the UK and are growing, are a full service law firm, headquartered in the City. They provide legal advice to clients ranging from some of the world’s largest multinational corporations to private individuals.
Mark Day, Director of Practice Development at the firm, considered various options before Devonshires selected Tiger Eye. “Meeting Dave Wilson (Tiger Eye MD) and discussing Tiger Eye’s approach gave us the confidence that they have both the technical expertise and experience to understand the complete picture of a law firm’s software integrations, as well as the kind of responsive and friendly support we were looking for.”
Gavin Searley, ICT Manager at Devonshires, has worked with Tiger Eye before in a former role at Birketts, so could confidently recommend the company to the Equity Partners. “It’s great to be working with the team again,” said Gavin.
Tiger Eye have continued to expand over the last 18 months, recruiting several new staff to cover their growing business. Managing Director Dave Wilson says, “Our growth is driven largely by reputation. As our customer base grows, we’re getting more and more enquiries from recommendations. I’ve been very conscious that we need to ensure we can continue to provide the high levels of care our existing customers expect, so we retain that reputation. I think we’re getting that balance right.”
