Epiq, a leading global provider of integrated technology solutions and services for the legal profession, today announced the appointment of Michael B. “Mike” Rogalski as president of its eDiscovery business. Rogalski will lead Epiq’s global electronic discovery and business to ensure versatile solutions and unparalleled service delivery worldwide.

Rogalski holds responsibility for all business activities, operations and relationships in Epiq’s global eDiscovery business. He will drive Epiq’s market presence, client and revenue growth, operational efficiency, and quality results for clients.
Rogalski most recently served as group president of FIS’ wealth and retirement division, where he led development, servicing, and distribution of FIS’ wealth management and retirement solutions. He has more than 27 years of business and operational expertise at industry-leading corporations, including Ernst and Young, ADP, and Aon Hewitt. During his career, Rogalski has held a variety of executive-level roles focused on strategic business development, including launching new outsourcing services and growing existing businesses, as well as increasing operational efficiency across global teams. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from De Paul University.
