InOutsource Kicks Off 2018 ILTA Roadshow Series Focused on Business Intelligence for Competitive Advantage

InOutsource, an industry-leading global legal consulting firm, will continue its well-received series of educational presentations for the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA). The roadshow, titled “Building Competitive Client Services with Business Intelligence,” will expand this year to include Chicago, Denver, and Washington D.C.

The roadshows officially launched in November of 2017, with visits in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and New York.

Megan Beauchemin, director of business intelligence and analytics for InOutsource, will explore how to create and deploy a culture of data-driven decision making within a law firm. 

“Research from the Association of Corporate Counsel found that one-third of general counsel fired outside counsel in 2017 for not meeting expectations,” said Beauchemin. “Law firms that leverage data analytics across the entire enterprise can expect to add value, create transparency, and proactively manage the client relationship. These firms can monitor and optimize business processes, spot customer service gaps, and identify risks of non-compliance with outside counsel guidelines,” said Beauchemin. “Taking these competitive actions will ensure law firms continue to meet their clients’ expectations while attracting new opportunities.”

Beauchemin will discuss: 

• Why flexible, enterprise business intelligence is the best option when striving to provide innovative client service
• The mechanics and possibilities for superior client service with business intelligence
• Creating transparency with embedded analytics, including providing clients with a 360-degree view of all matters and enabling clients to “help themselves” to information

The roadshows are open to all interested legal professionals and are hosted at local law firm offices. There is no charge to attend, lunch will be provided, and you do not have to be a member of ILTA to participate. RSVPs are encouraged.
