Traveling Coaches Named Innovative Consultant of the Year

Traveling Coaches, experts in effective security awareness, learning programs and user adoption, has been recognized by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) as the 2018 Innovative Consultant of the Year.

This award is part of ILTA’s annual Distinguished Peer Awards program and is given to the consultant or consulting company that has had outstanding achievements in the provision of technology services in the legal environment.

Traveling Coaches was chosen Innovative Consultant of the Year in recognition of the company’s OnGuard Consulting Team, which includes team members Kenny Leckie, Sr. Technology & Change Management Consultant, Eileen Whitaker, Sr. Learning & Change Management Consultant, and Russ Mullins, Sr. Change Management Consultant. The team developed a uniquely packaged consulting service that enables legal organizations to successfully implement a programmatic approach to security awareness. The OnGuard consulting services utilize a proven methodology, tools and best practices needed to get clients’ information security programs off the ground and relevant to all firm personnel. These services coupled with our OnGuard program provide the necessary elements for a sustainable culture of security. The OnGuard Consulting Team has worked with clients all over the world to customize strategies for their information security programs and the change management plans used to implement them.

This is the fifth time in the nine-year history of the Distinguished Peer Awards that Traveling Coaches has received an award. In 2016 and 2012, Traveling Coaches was selected Innovative Consultant of the Year. Also in 2012, the company took home top honors as Vendor Thought Leader of the Year. 

All 2018 winners will be celebrated at ILTA’s award gala on August 21 at the Gaylord National Resort outside of Washington DC.
