Wilson Legal Solutions, a leading provider of software and services that help professional services organizations improve business performance, today announced that Colleen Osborne has joined the company to accelerate its growth outside of the legal industry.
Based in the greater Boston area, Osborne will support the legal market in the New England region while developing client relationships in the accounting and consulting markets throughout North America and the United Kingdom.
Osborne has spent most of her 15-year career in consultative sales roles focusing on the accounting, consulting, and legal industries. Most recently, she worked as managing director at Intapp, where she helped clients in accounting and consulting firms identify technology solutions to solve business problems. Prior to Intapp, she served as regional sales manager for Conarc Inc., an enterprise content management solution provider. Previously, she worked in consulting roles at XCM Solutions, LLC before making the transition to business development for the company’s productivity enablement and workflow platform. Early in her career, Osborne worked in administration for a regional accounting firm and law office.
Through this hire, Wilson is acting on its mission to help professional services organizations automate back-office processes. Wilson strengthened its focus on the accounting industry in May of this year when it entered a reseller agreement with Intapp, enabling the company to offer licenses for Intapp Integrate and Intapp Flow segments of North America and the UK. Wilson is also an Alliance & Affinity Partner with the Information Technology Alliance, an independent membership association of consulting and accounting technology professionals in North America.
Norm Mullock, VP of strategy for Wilson Legal Solutions, believes Osborne, with whom he worked at Intapp, is particularly well suited to support Wilson’s expansion within the professional services market outside of legal. “Colleen has an extraordinary following in her accounting network,” Mullock explains. “She exhibits a great deal of energy and empathy when working with clients to understand their problems and craft solutions – not just propose general packaged offerings. These traits, combined with a strong background in customer delivery and practice management systems, makes her very good at her job and a good fit for us, particularly as we expand. She has a knack for forming relationships but also for understanding clients’ needs and reflecting them back to her counterparts at Wilson to inform our ongoing evolution.”
Osborne holds an MBA and a BA in Communication Arts from Framingham State University. As an undergrad, Osborne was a player on the university’s women’s rugby team and served as the club’s president during her senior year.
