USA/Canada News

Aderant Lexpo logoHawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP, a national defense litigation firm with more than 170 lawyers in 10 offices across the United States, has selected Aderant BillBlast as it eBilling management solution.

The firm, whose attorneys have been lead counsel in more than 1,000 trials and handled more than 300 appeals in federal and state courts throughout the country, has long been a proponent of adopting the latest technologies available.

“We have a long-standing and valuable partnership with the Aderant family and the timing was right to jump on board with BillBlast as soon as possible,” said Tim Arvidson, Hawkins Parnell’s Director of Accounting & Billing. “As soon as the acquisition of BillBlast was announced, we requested a demo – BilllBlast is just a natural fit.”

The firm sought an intuitive solution that put the status of eBills right in front of their billing analysts, making it possible for the team to work through all eBills efficiently. BillBlast’s ability to help cut down on extensive manual reporting and automate the deductions process was a deciding factor, and the dashboards, which will allow the firm to take their eBilling management to the next level, was the icing on the cake.
