Thomson Reuters Elite, part of the Legal business of Thomson Reuters, today announced that the North American law firm Stites & Harbison has selected 3E®, 3E Matter Pricing, and 3E Budgeting and Forecasting as part of a multi-product deal to support its enterprise business management needs.
The firm is transitioning to 3E from Enterprise®, which the firm has used since 1993.
With its largest office in Louisville, Kentucky, Stites & Harbison chose 3E following a demonstration that displayed how the Blueprint model irons out inefficiencies by implementing 3E in a highly standardized way. The innovation and range of features that 3E offers convinced the firm to continue their relationship with Thomson Reuters Elite and to also expand their choice of solutions to include Matter Pricing and Budgeting and Forecasting.
Stites & Harbison has 10 offices and 170 lawyers across the southeastern region and will utilize Matter Pricing to empower their lawyers to accurately plan, track, and analyze budget matters. Matter Pricing, a cloud-based pricing and budgeting tool, seamlessly integrates with 3E to extract key financial data to help price different scenarios and closely monitor matter financials. Budgeting and Forecasting will help the firm budget and forecast operating expenses, fee earner revenue, fee earner compensation, and capital expenditures and will provide the visibility needed to confidently plan and review firm productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
