Lexicon has hired John Chwarzinski as the company’s first-ever Business Insight & Analytics Manager. Chwarzinski will be responsible for leading a team of analysts with a focus on transforming and modeling data into actionable insights for its customers.
The addition of Chwarzinski in this newly created position is an expansion of the company’s Data and Quality team, thereby adding an expert to focus on each of those practice areas.

Chwarzinski joins Lexicon after a 10-year stint at Health Capital Consultants where he rose through from a Financial Analyst (2010), then advancing on to a Sr. Financial Analyst role (2011), and finally attaining the senior leadership position of Senior Vice President (2012-2020). During his tenure, Chwarzinski performed and ultimately supervised a team of up to 35 employees performing financial analysis, forecasting, and statistical analysis related to more 143 transactions of assets and services, with direct project management responsibilities for 53 projects, eight of which were in a litigation support role, totaling more than $250 million in transactional consideration.
Chwarzinski holds two master’s degrees - one from Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business (Master of Science in Finance, May 2010) and another from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (Master of Arts in Economics, May 2009). He also received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (December 2007).
