For Second Consecutive Year
Innovative Computing Systems, Inc. (ICS), a leading provider of information technology services to law firms, has announced that it is again a top-ranked provider of exceptional customer support according to the annual ILTA/InsideLegal Technology Purchasing Survey.
The survey was released in August and included the question “What legal vendors have provided exceptional customer service/support to you in the last year?” Respondents from the legal technology community were asked to provide write-in answers, and ICS was among the top nine most-mentioned companies out of a total of 105.
