Global Legal Discovery (GLD), Atlanta’s premier e-discovery service provider, and DTI, the nation’s largest private independent provider of e-discovery, legal process outsourcing and facilities management services, today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for Global to leverage access to DTI’s national technology platform.
Both companies have completed an agreement for DTI to make a strategic investment in GLD. The investment will enable GLD to better support the growth of its e-discovery service offerings with a world-class data discovery technology infrastructure and industry-leading technology tools, including Relativity by kCura. Under the agreement, GLD will continue to operate normally and retain its entire staff of discovery experts.
