Traveling Coaches, the legal industry’s experts at gaining user adoption of technology, today announced that Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP purchased Traveling Coaches’ CLASS instructor-led content for the Firm’s on-going technology training program.
Brian Clayton, Taft’s Chief Information Officer, believes the CLASS products will significantly benefit Taft’s clients. “Taft has partnered with Traveling Coaches on a number of initiatives. Traveling Coaches understands our people and our business, and the CLASS products demonstrate that understanding. Our primary objective is always first-class client service. Meeting that objective requires us to constantly find new ways to leverage technology. The CLASS products will enable us to do just that in ways that are consistent and convenient for all of our lawyers and staff members.”
Traveling Coaches’ industry-leading CLASS (Continued Learning and Software Skills) program is a collection of modular, legal specific and customizable technology training materials. Since its introduction ten years ago, the popular CLASS program has been implemented by 248 law firms and corporate legal departments consisting of approximately 125,718 users.
CLASS currently consists of 409 classroom modules and covers topics from Microsoft Office applications to document management systems and Word productivity tools. The materials are customizable and designed to be used for university-style training programs.
