D4, LLC, a national provider of eDiscovery, digital investigations, information management and security solutions to law firms and corporations, today announced that it has named Joseph N. Spinozzi to the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Enhanced Deposition Solutions (TEDS), D4.
TEDS consists of Court Reporting, Deposition Management, Post Discovery Deposition Prep and Deposition Analytics. Spinozzi will focus on accelerating the company’s strong momentum for TEDS. He will also become a part of the D4 senior executive team.
One of Spinozzi’s primary initiatives will be to expand the company’s revenue growth opportunities for TEDS. By working with the D4 sales and marketing team, he will ensure that a consistent product and great client experiences are delivered to customers. His strong leadership in the area of pioneering processes, his ability to drive a team and develop a collaborative environment will enable TEDS to flourish.
“This is an exciting time for D4, as we broaden our discovery and deposition initiatives and look to expand our reach with TEDS,” said John Holland, CEO, D4. “Joe’s strong and extensive experience will be instrumental as we build out a consultative model for the division. He will also be responsible for driving program initiatives and expanding relationships with customers as they embrace our TEDS platform.”
Joseph is an entrepreneur with over 23 years of experience in the court reporting, litigation support and management industry. His leadership has spanned from the pioneering of processes for the management of litigation, to building, consolidating and arbitraging companies within the legal industry. Prior to joining D4, Joseph was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Merrill Corporation, overseeing the Northeast sales team of forty-eight and responsible for $160 million dollars in annual revenue. This experience will be critical as D4 moves forward with its product and market strategy for growth.

During his career, Spinozzi was the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of US Legal Support, a sixty-five million dollar national court reporting company who acquired Joseph’s first company in 1995. He served as CEO at AM Court Reporting, which initiated the use of real-time technologies for national litigation and public forums. He has authored several articles and was certified by the New York State Bar Association as a speaker, offering continuing legal education credits to attorneys.
